PhRMA challenges Biden's Medicare drug price negotiation program in court.

PhRMA, the largest lobbying group for the pharmaceutical industry, has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration's drug pricing law that allows Medicare to negotiate prices for certain medicines. The lawsuit follows similar suits filed by Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, and the Chamber of Commerce.
