Supreme Court to Review NRA's Free Speech Lawsuit Against New York Official

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal from the National Rifle Association (NRA) regarding allegations that the former head of New York's Department of Financial Services coerced banks and insurance companies to sever ties with the gun rights group. The NRA claims that the agency violated their First Amendment rights by threatening adverse regulatory actions against entities doing business with them.
