Oklahoma AG to recommend clemency for Glossip.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond will ask the state's Pardon and Parole Board to recommend clemency for death row inmate Richard Glossip, citing serious concerns about the fairness of his trial and two independent reviews of the case that recommended a new trial. If a majority of the board recommends clemency, it will be up to Gov. Kevin Stitt whether to allow the execution to proceed or commute Glossip’s sentence to life in prison.
