Supreme Court to Decide 'Trump Too Small' Trademark Dispute

The lower court had granted the trademark, citing the attorney's free speech protections under the First Amendment, but the US Trademark Office appealed, arguing that the trademark violated a federal law that bars trademarks using a person's name without their consent. The Supreme Court will hear the case during its next term, which begins in October.
