Trump's legal team seeks mistrial in E. Jean Carroll's cases over 'prejudicial rulings'

Donald Trump's lawyer has requested a mistrial in E. Jean Carroll's civil lawsuit alleging he raped her in the 1990s, claiming that the judge has made "prejudicial rulings" against his client. The lawyer accused the judge of demonstrating "a deeper leaning towards one party over another" and requested that he "correct the record for each and every instance in which the Court has mischaracterized the facts of this case to the jury." Carroll took the witness stand last week, alleging that Trump assaulted her in a Manhattan department store.
