Mother Sued for Repeating Son's Sexual Abuse Claim

Maureen Sartain, the babysitter accused of sexually abusing Joseph Sinclair, has filed a lawsuit against Sinclair's mother for intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming that Marie Sinclair caused her emotional distress by telling others about the alleged abuse.
