The leaks have raised questions about safety checks and how the documents could have lingered online undetected for months. The Air Force is conducting a service-wide review of how each command handles classified information, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered a military-wide review on how classified information is accessed, shared, stored, and destroyed.
