Wagner mercenary leader offered to reveal Russian troop locations to Ukraine.

Mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin, who heads the Wagner Group, has dismissed Russian Ministry of Defense's praise of Russian troops and claimed that airborne forces have failed to defend positions his troops were able to seize. Leaked Pentagon documents also reveal that Prigozhin offered to reveal Russian troop positions to Ukraine forces in exchange for Kyiv's withdrawal from the city. Meanwhile, European countries have pledged military aid to Ukraine, and Russia's defense spending has risen sharply amid the push for more soldiers. Negotiations aimed at extending an agreement that has allowed Ukraine to ship grain to developing nations have ended with no deal in place.
