St. Louis area hit by severe flooding.

Heavy rain caused flash floods on roads and in homes in St. Louis City and County, leading to road closures and property damage. Cars were trapped in floodwaters, and several homes were affected by high water. MoDOT closed Interstate-55 at Carondelet and Reavis Barracks due to flooding, but the roads have since reopened.
