Maine Police Stunned by Thanksgiving Day Deer Encounter

Maine police responding to a retail store burglary were surprised to find a whitetail deer as the culprit. The officers discovered a smashed front glass window and items knocked over inside the store. Bodycam footage captured the officers' surprise as they encountered the deer, joking that it was trying to get a head start on Black Friday shopping. With assistance from store management, the deer was safely escorted outside and did not sustain any significant injuries.
