Congressman Matt Gaetz is pursuing assault charges against Selena Chambers, a woman who allegedly threw a glass of wine at him during a wine festival. Chambers has been charged with two counts of battery, including battery on an elected official, a felony charge. Gaetz described the incident as an attack by a "leftist wino."
