Proud Boys trial nears conclusion with closing arguments in Jan. 6 seditious conspiracy case.

The Justice Department has accused Proud Boys leaders, including Enrique Tarrio, of being a "fighting force lining up behind Donald Trump and ready to commit violence on his behalf" during the Capitol attack on January 6th. Defense lawyers argued that there was no agreement to storm the Capitol and that the DOJ case had serious flaws. Two defendants testified, and evidence was presented showing their involvement in the attack. The remaining defendant had close ties to the conspiracy site InfoWars.
