Trump returns to NYC for deposition in AG's fraud case.

Former President Trump has arrived in New York City ahead of his deposition in the $250 million business fraud lawsuit brought against him and his company by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Trump is expected to plead the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions to avoid potentially incriminating himself. James is seeking $250 million from his business and to block him from doing business in the state. The civil case includes three of his adult children and is set for an Oct. 2 trial date.
