3-Year-Old Drives Truck, Fatally Strikes 2-Year-Old

A 2-year-old child died after being struck by a truck driven by a 3-year-old in California. The incident occurred when the truck's owner left the vehicle running with the 3-year-old in a car seat while he went inside a gas station store. The 3-year-old managed to get out of the car seat and into the driver's seat, causing the truck to move forward and collide with the 2-year-old near a taco stand. The police department is conducting an investigation, and the case will be reviewed by the District Attorney's Office.
