Chilling Halloween Weather Forecast Across the US

An arctic blast is set to bring freezing temperatures to every state in the U.S. except Florida, with temperature drops of 10-20 degrees or more in just hours. Wind chill values over the Northern Plains will drop to near zero degrees, and some communities in the Northeast that recently reached the 80s will struggle to climb into the 50s. The cold air will mark the coldest temperatures since spring, but forecast models show temperatures rebounding to above-average levels by the end of the week.
