TL;DR
Heavy rainfall across southern Minnesota triggered flash floods, prompting a water rescue of two 16-year-olds and a 43-year-old man near a creek east of Austin. All were saved with no injuries reported as authorities closed stretches of roads, including Interstate 90, and urged people to avoid floodwaters; more storms were anticipated.
