"New Orleans Faces Widespread Street Flooding and Turbine Outage Amid Flash Flood Warning"
TL;DR
Heavy rain in New Orleans led to widespread street flooding, prompting city officials to allow neutral ground parking. The Sewerage & Water Board's Turbine 4 was taken offline due to a potential mechanical issue, exacerbating the flooding. Multiple areas experienced street flooding, with some locations inundated again after a previous flooding incident. The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for several parishes, with more rain expected.
