Northern Minnesota Braces for Spring Blizzard

Blizzard and winter storm warnings have been issued for most of northern Minnesota, with heavy snow and mixed precipitation expected. Travel will be difficult to impossible, and hazardous conditions will impact morning and evening commutes. The heaviest snowfall zone is focused on the northwest third of Minnesota. The Twin Cities are expected to mostly see rain on Tuesday, with an icy mix across central Minnesota toward the North Shore.
