An atmospheric river is expected to bring significant rainfall and potential flooding to the Sacramento area, with a flood watch issued for parts of Northern California. The storm will bring two rounds of rain, with the Sacramento area having a 60% to 80% chance of receiving over an inch of rain from Tuesday night to Friday morning.
