Rain and Storms Expected Throughout the Week Ahead.

Showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected in Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Father's Day, with the highest chance in the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will be in the 70s, but will rise to the upper 80s to around 90 on Juneteenth. The Twin Cities metro area will experience highs in the lower 90s on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with a possibility of mid-90s on either Wednesday or Thursday. Warmer than normal temperatures are expected next Sunday and into the following week. Some parts of Minnesota received meaningful rainfall on Saturday, but many areas are still abnormally dry or in actual drought.
