I-90 eastbound and westbound between Lakewood Heights Boulevard and Hilliard Boulevard has been shut down, with multiple cars nearly submerged in the high waters. First responders have used inflatable rafts to reach the stranded vehicles, and it is unclear if anyone was still inside when reached. Other areas affected by flooding include Avon Lake, Chardon, Kirtland, Painesville, Parma, Solon, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, and Willowick. Drivers are advised to avoid flooded areas and exercise caution.
