The heaviest rain is expected between 11 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday, with rain continuing through the Monday morning commute. A wind advisory is in effect at the Shore with gusts reaching up to 50 mph. Rain totals between one and three inches are possible, with some areas near the Shore potentially seeing three to four inches. Temperatures will drop significantly after the storm, with a chance of scattered snow showers in the Lehigh Valley and Poconos.
