Denver will experience cooler temperatures and a lot of precipitation on Tuesday and Wednesday due to an incoming storm system. The storm will start as mountain snow and light scattered rain showers on Tuesday morning, with the heaviest and most widespread precipitation occurring Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. A winter storm watch has been issued for higher elevations, and temperatures will drop to around freezing on Tuesday night, with some snow mixed in through Wednesday morning. Another rain and snow chance is expected on Friday morning.
