Weather Update: Severe Thunderstorms and Wet Weather Threaten DC and Baltimore

After morning storms in the Baltimore region, the weekend outlook is rosy with heat and plenty of sunshine. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued for certain counties until 8 a.m. The storms will clear out by mid-morning, and temperatures will reach around 90 degrees with low humidity. The weekend will be sunny with temperatures in the 90s during the day and 60s at night. Scattered storm chances return next week, with high temperatures in the upper 80s and lower 90s. Very hot temperatures in the mid to upper 90s are expected by late next week and into the weekend.
