TL;DR
After a few days of warm weather, Minnesota and Wisconsin are expected to see a mix of rain and snow this weekend. The snow will be heaviest in Wisconsin, with some areas seeing up to 8 inches. The Twin Cities metro area could see 2 to 4 inches of snow. River levels in parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin have already reached flood stage, and rainfall and snowfall amounts will affect river levels.
