NFL tight end Foster Moreau has opened up about his recent diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma, a type of cancer of the lymph nodes. Moreau was shopping for a new team and getting physical exams when a team physician for the New Orleans Saints saw a lump in his neck. Additional testing confirmed the diagnosis, and Moreau is now preparing for chemotherapy treatment.
