TL;DR

The University of Michigan's ice hockey team fell short in their bid for a third straight Big Ten Tournament title, losing 5-4 in overtime to Michigan State in the 2024 Big Ten Championship Game. Despite a strong effort from players like Frank Nazar III, Dylan Duke, and Marshall Warren, Michigan State claimed its first-ever Big Ten Tournament title. The Wolverines will now await their at-large NCAA tournament placement, which will be revealed during the NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Selection Show on ESPNU.
