Gamer class-action targets Nintendo over tariff refunds and price hikes

Two U.S. gamers filed a class-action against Nintendo, arguing tariff-driven price increases from Feb 1, 2025 to Feb 24, 2026 harmed consumers and that Nintendo could unjustly profit from government tariff refunds—essentially double-dipping by charging higher prices and then receiving refunds.
