Pearl Abyss Targets Year-End Crimson Desert DLC and Switch 2 Expansion

Pearl Abyss posted Q2 2026 revenue of KRW 192.6 billion (up ~248% YoY), driven mainly by Crimson Desert which accounts for a large share of console revenue. The company cut and revised its full-year guidance to 2026 revenue of KRW 709.8–743.8 billion and operating profit of KRW 315.5–345.2 billion. A year-end Crimson Desert DLC is in the works with pricing and platform expansion, including a potential Switch 2 release in the first half of 2027. Black Desert will receive large-scale updates in H2 2026, while DokeV aims for a 2028 launch with staged marketing. Pearl Abyss also notes ongoing AI and engine development to support long-term growth and maintains openness to M&A opportunities.
