Eurobike 2023 Unveils Deviate's High Pivot Downcountry Prototype with Carbon-Lugged Design.

Deviate has developed a prototype for a new bike frame made from titanium lugs and recyclable thermoplastic tubing, with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint of the company. The prototype uses cold metal fusion to 3D print the titanium lugs, which is a cheaper method than those used by other companies. The prototype has 125mm of rear travel and a 140mm fork, but there are no plans for a release as the project is focused on creating a more sustainable manufacturing method for the company.
