Israeli startup NT-Tao, backed by Honda Motor, plans to develop mini fusion power generation facilities as charging stations for electric vehicles, with demonstration facilities expected by 2029 and commercialization in the 2030s, aiming to create fusion stations small enough to fit into a cargo container yet powerful enough to generate 10,000 to 20,000 kilowatts of electricity.
