TL;DR

Kotaku reports that an internal Game Freak documentary about Pokémon Diamond and Pearl has surfaced online (legitimately via a DVD and archived) and runs 43 minutes in Japanese, showing numerous scrapped Pokémon designs and early concept art, including what looks like a Dialga prototype and a Delibird evolution; the video is available on Internet Archive and offers a rare peek into development and franchise secrecy.
