He discussed the challenges of managing a rapidly growing company and the need to change its culture, including ending excessive working. Platkow-Gilewski also spoke about the importance of significant expansions and the company's strategy for the future, which includes a new IP, three Witcher games, and a Cyberpunk sequel.
