Destiny 2 Season Pass Prices on the Rise Despite Sony Acquisition
TL;DR
Bungie is raising the price of the standard season pass for Destiny 2 from 1,000 Silver to 1,200 Silver starting with Season 21, Season of the Deep. The cost of the Season Pass plus 10 ranks bundle will also rise from 2,000 Silver to 2,200 Silver. The price increase is due to the team's investment in crafting compelling seasonal experiences for the year of Lightfall. Pricing will remain unchanged for the Lightfall standard edition and Lightfall + Annual Pass edition.
