"GTA Online Update Introduces Long-Awaited Animals from Story Mode"

Rockstar Games is adding animals to Grand Theft Auto Online, but only for players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The addition of animals has been a long-awaited feature, considering animals were present in the base GTA 5 game released in 2013. The update will also include robberies, a new Drift Race series, vehicle customization options, and a newly streamlined interaction menu. PC players are excluded from the animal update, and it is unclear if they will be added in the future.
