Niantic and Capcom Collaborate for iPhone Monster Hunter AR Game.

Niantic, the creator of Pokémon Go, is teaming up with Capcom to develop an augmented reality game called "Monster Hunter Now" for the iPhone. The game will allow players to find classic Monster Hunter monsters in real-world locations using the iPhone's camera and work together to defeat them. Components from the monsters can be collected to create upgraded weapons, armor, potions, and other accessories. The game is set to launch in September 2023, with a closed beta test beginning on April 25.
