Google Home adds Live Search to describe live camera feeds

Google Home’s new Live Search feature lets Gemini describe real-time camera feeds (for example, asking if there’s a car in the driveway). Access requires the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium at $20/month or $200/year. Gemini’s updated models and better context also improve general answers and enable more precise device targeting, such as turning off only the lights in the current room instead of a broader area.
