Hamas Claims Tragic Loss of 10-Month-Old Hostage and Family

Hamas's armed wing, Al-Qassam Brigades, announced that a 10-month-old boy, his four-year-old brother, and their mother, who were kidnapped by Hamas, were killed in previous Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military is checking the claim, and the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has been extended for another day. The Bibas family had issued an urgent plea for the immediate release of their missing child, Kfir, before the Hamas claim. During the six-day ceasefire, 97 Israeli and foreign hostages were released by Hamas, while 210 Palestinians were freed from Israeli prisons.
