Lawsuit filed against Ozempic and Mounjaro for severe gastrointestinal problems

A Louisiana woman has filed a lawsuit against Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, the makers of Ozempic and Mounjaro, claiming that she suffered severe gastrointestinal issues as a result of using the medications. The injectable drugs, commonly prescribed for diabetes management and weight loss, allegedly caused the woman to experience vomiting, stomach pain, teeth loss, and other related symptoms. The lawsuit accuses the companies of failing to adequately warn about the risk of severe gastrointestinal events associated with the drugs.
