Zelenskyy condemns Russia's UN Security Council presidency during Ukraine war.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy criticized Russia's presidency of the United Nations Security Council, calling it "absurd and destructive" after a young boy was killed by Russian artillery in Donbas. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called it a "slap in the face to the international community" given the ongoing conflict. Zelenskyy also spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron and welcomed Switzerland's decision to join the 10th sanctions package against Russia.
