TL;DR

The 2024 Presidential Greatness Project Expert Survey, conducted among political scientists, has ranked Donald Trump as the worst president in U.S. history with a score of 10.92, marking a decline from his previous rating. Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and George Washington topped the list, while Joe Biden landed in the 14th spot. The survey has sparked criticism from conservatives, including former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, and was celebrated by the Biden campaign, which mocked Trump's performance.
