Kyiv's Russian-language newscast challenges Putin's propaganda.

February Morning, an opposition Russian-language online newscast founded by former Russian parliamentarian Ilya Ponomarev, is broadcasting from Kyiv to counter Russian propaganda and foment an uprising against Vladimir Putin's regime in Russia. The channel claims to have 10 million viewers a week, 60% of them in Russia. Ponomarev believes the war in Ukraine can only end with the total military defeat of Russia and the creation of a new democratic country. The network hires correspondents in 32 Russian regions who work anonymously to counter the Kremlin's propaganda.
