SpaceX's Starship: Stage Separation, Explosions, and Epic Successes

SpaceX has released slow-motion video footage showing the successful stage separation of its Starship spacecraft from the Super Heavy booster during Saturday's uncrewed test flight. The mission, which marked the second integrated test flight of the Starship, was deemed a success overall despite the loss of both sections of the rocket. SpaceX plans to use the gathered data to improve the flight system and aims to have a new Starship ready to fly again in December, pending approval from the Federal Aviation Administration. The fully developed Starship is expected to carry crew and cargo on deep space missions, including the first crewed mission to Mars and the first civilian mission to the moon.
