Miles Bridges barred from Canada, misses Hornets-Raptors game
TL;DR
Miles Bridges of the Charlotte Hornets has been denied entry into Canada for their game against the Toronto Raptors due to his ongoing legal problems related to domestic violence charges. Bridges pleaded no contest to felony charges of injuring a child's parent and violated a protective order. The decision is unlikely to be reversed in time for the game, leaving the Hornets without Bridges. The team has faced criticism for re-signing Bridges and playing him despite the ongoing controversy.
