TL;DR

Google is investigating a bug in the YouTube Android app that hides the navigation bar, affecting user access to key sections like subscriptions and library, with many users reporting the issue on forums. The problem appears to impact both free and Premium users, and Google has not provided a timeline for a fix. This follows a previous major bug that disrupted recommendations and library videos.
