TL;DR

Spotify has finally launched lossless audio streaming for all Premium subscribers in 50 markets, after years of anticipation, without increasing prices. The feature offers up to 24-bit / 44.1 kHz FLAC quality and will be available through app notifications, with support for select hardware devices. However, it does not match the higher-resolution options offered by competitors like Apple Music and Tidal.
