California's Bay Area Braces for Another Devastating Windstorm.

The San Francisco Bay Area is slowly recovering from a deadly bomb cyclone windstorm that left debris, fallen branches, toppled trees, damaged homes and vehicles scattered about everywhere. Two people were killed and four others critically injured by falling trees. The storm was enhanced by a rarity called the "Fujiwhara Effect" which is the interaction between two similarly sized low-pressure centers rotating around a common center. The winds also downed power lines across the region, leaving more than 86,500 customers without power.
