A fast-moving storm has brought more rain and snow to California, following the departure of a deadly atmospheric river. While this storm is expected to be less intense, it may slow down ongoing cleanup efforts. The new storm is not an atmospheric river and is projected to bring around 0.10-0.40 inches of rain to the Los Angeles area. Additionally, the Sierra Nevada is expected to receive about a foot of snow. However, drier conditions are anticipated to return to the region on Thursday.
