Severe Weather Alert: Rain, Snow, and Wind Expected in Pennsylvania

A large storm system is approaching south-central Pennsylvania, bringing heavy rain, gusty winds up to 40 mph, and a potential switch to snow. Sunday has been designated as an Impact Day, with rain starting early in the morning and becoming widespread and heavy by mid-morning. Cold air will move in Sunday night, causing the rain to potentially switch to snow, especially in areas north and west of Harrisburg. Minor flooding, power outages, and minor snow accumulation are possible. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for several counties, and 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected. Snowfall amounts will vary, but 1 to 2 inches is possible, mainly on grassy areas.
