Ranking of Dog Breeds by Trainability - Is Your Dog on the List?

Researchers from the University of Helsinki have conducted a study to determine the easiest and trickiest dog breeds to train. The study found that Australian Cobberdogs, Australian Labradoodles, and Golden Labrador Retrievers are the easiest to train, while Bull type terriers, Sled dogs, and Parson type terriers are the trickiest. The study also revealed a strong link between breed and seven personality traits, including training focus, energy, and human sociability. Female dogs were found to be easier to train, while training also became easier as dogs got older.
